1. Posture. Stand up tall! Shoulders back and down. ??♀️
2. Support. Breathe with your diaphragm. ?
3. “Yawn Space” use a tall sound. Open your mouth and drop your jaw ?
4. Relax your throat, tongue and upper body as you sing. ?
5. Warm up your voice properly ?
6. Warm up your body. Singing is very physical it’s important that your entire body is ready to sing. ??♀️
7. Get adequate rest! Don’t under estimate what a good nights sleep can do for the voice ?
8. Practice but don’t over do it. Your voice is a muscle and you need to build up to singing for long amounts of time ??
9. Release tension in your shoulders and back. ??♀️
10. Stay Hydrated!!! ?
